I have a question for Riot. A sincere question that deserves an honest answer regarding Balance.

Why does Riot deserve to give petty love taps to champions to deserve Not a gutting but an actual Frustration Nerf?

Lets talk about Fizz real quick. His E cooldown was Upp'd 2 seconds on the base Correct? Ok.

Can we do the match whats 40% of 14

40% CDR on a 14 second cooldown skill is 5.6

So A skill will have a 5.6 second cooldown

Now whats 40% of 16?

40% of 16 is is 6.4

So you're telling me. That a god damn .8 second nerf on a skill is considered ''high''? Something thatll make him less frustrating?

Yeah he doesnt get 40% cdr at level 1 we all know that, Sheen is a 1050g Item. Thats 10% right there.

So now fizz has to actually think, for TWO seconds. Wow. Thats crazy

To my understanding. Fizz shouldnt be able to completely whiff his ult but still 100-0 someone. Why do so many assassins need their ult. But fizz doesnt, and hes more mobile and reliable.

The champ can go top/jg/mid and successfully carry, doesn't that say something about him as a champ in general?

Im just extremely frustrated with fizz. Nobody likes fighting him.
