So, I was in Champ Select. I saw in pick intent this guy wanted to pick Jinx. I decided to pick Lulu, because Jinx is a hypercarry and Lulu is pretty decent at augmenting hypercarries. (I've also had success with a Lulu/Jinx lane in the past, lategame Jinx with Lulu buffing her is no joke)
The guy went ballistic, "OMG LULU SUPP!" and proceeded to troll and lock Teemo.
Way to have an intended role for the Suppordle.

Eh, i get the "omg not that champ" but that is usually when i go Kayle support (they think i will take their cs), Bard support (apparently because i roam, which i only do when lane is safe or i'm warding or need some mana), or when i attempt an off meta support pick like Mordekaiser and Renekton (both i had good success with the 1 time i played support, would've been more but ppl dodged when i made my pick known).

Maximum Morde1 votesYes. It works as early lvl cheese against bad players. Loop around behind then engage from behind while adc engages from front. The burst can often kill early, that gets you rolling. Then start invisible roaming and gank all the things. When I queue with my bronze friends on a smurf it is hilariously effective.

Maximum Morde1 votesJust make sure your adc is one that can drop some burst of their own. Graves, Corki, Jhin, etc are solid choices. For ultimate troll get TF adc and use Tango skins.

I mean they are tanky, Renekton has a stun and Morde has his healing ring and the ghosts to help push lane.
Bamiie3 votesDon't feel bad. People think Lulu is a bad support but honestly, she's only as good if her team can follow up with her. Like if her team is afraid to go in and fight when you have your ult and polymorph, it just takes away half of Lulu's kit so it's kinda hard to still make plays if your team is afraid to follow up. Supp Lulu works best with a team comp that has fighters/melees and during laning, she's really good at zoning and negating damage. Honestly, Lulu's a very amazing champion. She's a support who can play three roles. Too many people underestimate her. She's a good champ on her own but she really benefits from having a team that she can help whether she's support or not. Like, Quinn and Lulu would syngerize really well because Quinn's an ADC that gets up in your face (shield), you can give her that speed up to go get the final shot on a kill or polymorph an enemy while she's blinded them so they can't fight back, etc.

KillerKell1 votesHe had a spell in Mid as well. :D Assassins and Mages just to squish once he gets his Ult. The problem is all the time BEFORE that, but then all you have to do is charge and knock up for the Jungle to kill them (if you have a Kill Jungle) before then.

xl Kirito lx1 votesJust, why. Lulu feels on the same teir as Soraka or Janna. As an ADC, you're effectively immune to assassination, due to free CC and raw stat buffs. I love Lulu, on my team at least, in any role because of what her kit is / does.
WinBoat1 votesHonestly, I hate Bard supports. I consider Bard pretty weak, and hardly anyone can play Bard unless you're Matt, or Aphromoo but just think of what if they could actually play other supports at the level they do their Bards? Would be instant wins.
Anyhow, most Bards are bad, so I'll ban Bard from my match if I get to ban just incase because 90% for me at least at this tier in B3, most are not good with Bard, and I'd rather allow a Zed to pass through then to screw over the adc and make them work twice as hard. Also, I prefer tankier supports in general.
Anyhow, I like Lulu supp, only supp I have a problem with is Bard.

U have ti build tanky though, after sightstone frozen heart is best and 45percent cdr e us less then 10sec cd and last 10sec, u can have two up at once...bards top 5 atm imo, kench is just more fun to relax. People dont understand bard, dont wait 10sec to get max heal or ignore them all together, hes strong if built tanky though. Phone kb ftl

Theiki Kayle2 votesWell, the enemy ADC was Cait. Jinx might have a chance against Cait later in the game, but Teemo is just so hilariously outranged. And Lulu isn't known for her insane range on autos either, so I couldn't go Machine Gun Lulu.
