Sett is absolutely fucking disgusting

Ranged true damage nuke Ridiculous shield that scales off the damage he took (????????????????????????????) Able to regen all his health in seconds after a trade (and it doesnt get interrupted by taking damage) ridiculous movement speed with his Q + phage Manaless

If hes going to have these ridiculous spells and damage he needs to have longer cooldowns and mana costs. As it stands he can just stand there taking damage like an idiot, its fine lol just press W and live through everything and darius dunk them from range.

There is literally no way of playing against this guy in lane except just sit under tower. I like his concept, hes a cool character, but its just absurd that he;s allowed to not have any mana costs and this level of damage. Part of me wants to just believe that riot released him like this on purpose so that people would buy him straight away.
