you can call him that pandaa since that's how he react you're not held hostage, you're throwing the game since you lose when nexus go boom anything can happen between time you give up and match end i've seen team go 50-13 and lose since they screwed up 1 single times.
Just be sure the semi-AFK is convincing. A in-the-corner YouTube video is a good option. It's not against the rules to not try to win. You just have to not intentionally lose.
