Most Optimal Ashe Build for Damage?

There are a number of competing builds for Ashe right now.

However, what is the most optimal setup (item build order and runes) for DAMAGE?

I understand that if you wanted damage there are better picks that scale harder and get spikes earlier... However, I prefer an Ashe play style that emphasises getting tons of damage in the mid game. Its okay if the Arrow gets no CDR... I'd rather get more damage and as quickly as possible.

How do build to do this optimally?
