Now That You Buff Draven, What About the Other Marksmen (Except Twitch, Vayne, Caitlyn, and Teemo)

As you know, the ADC role is basically a meme now and mages cough cough are running rampant in the bot lane. So, I'm wondering which bot marksman is deeply in need of changes.

These guys needs to have a look at, in my opinion: :Removal of flat armor pen and fervor changes murdered this guy, are there any changes planned for him. :Reworked into an on-hit machine gun and then gets ran over by the revert (Something I don't trust Riot for). Seriously how the heck can we fix our beloved void caterpillar.

I am not sure about these guys though, but do comment on why there should or should not be changes for them:

Where is ? is basically a mid laner now, in my opinion.
Eh, there's no need Should there be a reason. belongs in the top lane Jungle Who????? We're talking about bot lane marksman here, so no Teeto Found out she got buffed right after I posted this lol, aye at least she's slowly coming out of the dumpster now. I am terribly sorry, Kalista players.
