Feeding 101
This is just a quick guide for what I hope is the correct thing to do when in a situation where either one of your teammates is feeding, or you so happen to feed.
To the people on the same team as a person feeding:
DON'T FLAME YOUR TEAMMATE. This is the golden rule, so long as they aren't being toxic themselves, there is absolutely no reason why you should be frivolously pounding away at your keyboard. I've been on both sides, and let me tell you that encouraging said teammate, and guiding them helps immensely in winning the game. All flaming does is distract the person, and leads to even worse game play. So seriously, don't flame.
If you so happen to feed:
PLAY AROUND YOUR TEAM. Seriously, don't be a burden on them. Build defensive and cc anyone that you can, or act as a distraction. I've seen numerous occasions where people feed, but end up having the most impact on the game because they stay cool. Playing passive sometimes isn't an option, so focus on roaming and getting other lanes ahead, or provide vision for them. Trying to defend your turret will almost always get you killed. Also, deciding to build full damage and literally zero defenses is the worst possible thing you can do. Unless you're playing a late game hyper carry and the enemy team is not respecting your potential damage, building 100% damage items will cause you to feed necessary kills to the other team.
If you're playing support and you feed some kills over, so long as your adc didn't share the same fate as you, don't sweat it. Focus on protecting your adc and getting potential engages off, or providing utility. Sometimes the enemy team will see you as useless since you're feeding, but a lot of supports bring heavy utility and cc just naturally. So keep a level head, and stay focused on keeping your team alive.
I hoped this helped. If this info is wrong please don't be afraid to call it out. Good luck on the rift! [poppy-wink]
