Camille / How to %%%%er?

If you guys were to change anything in her kit what would it be? I don't know much about the game, so I wouldn't be able to speak on this myself, but I'm interested in what you guys have to say about this.

What I do want to know is, how do you counter her? Is there an effective method/way of fighting her in lane? I'm having some difficulty fighting her and I would like to know how to counter her.
