Lets use a syndra vs zed example. Syndra has a lot of early poke against zed, however, syndra usually runs out of mana, and zed is still relatively healthy. My question is, how do you turn this poke into a potential kill in a situation like this?
usually get you jg to give you a gank or give you blue so you dont guzzles you mana
A big part of it is know exactly how much damage you can do with your full combo. Once you whittle your opponent down to the point that you can kill them with a single combo, you go for the kill. I haven't really played mid since they reworked Galio, but on old Galio, I knew that I could kill anyone with Q,E,R, ignite from about 60% health so I would play passively until they are down to that point or just farm safely all game if I can't get them there.
