Can you flash over cass ult?
Basically I'm asking if there's a travel time on her ult from her to the end of its range. If there is then it should be possible to flash over her ult.

It's a cone instant apply if I remember right. So you can't flash over it, but you can flash to the backside of Cass, the sides, or turn in time.
There is just a delay before it hits the full cone at the same time, same as with Morde's E and Sion's Q. No travel time, just a wind-up animation.
Nope but you can flash outta it during the animation.
