With all the revert going on, can you revert Soraka old Q !!!!

I kinda miss the good old days when Soraka had a Q that would damage every one within a certain range of her and had a low CD, like 1 sec. I know they changed it to have more 'expression of skills' but to be fair they just release a champion that has an exact same Q mechanics ( Kai'Sa )

Anyway i miss the good old days where Soraka was also a mage, and not just a support ( i mean you can still play her as a mage but you'll get 9x ) and i'm pretty sure Phreak wouldn't suggest to go Soraka Mid if he made a new champion spotlight for her. ( watch the link to understand what i'm talking about)

By the way in that Video they mention Shurelya's Reverie, an item that is comming back ( they also say to build a frozen heart on Soraka mid... KAPPA ) but yeah so many old items that don't exist anymore...slowly comming back, Maybe Zeke's Herald is gonna make a come back.. why not...with all those ADC not buying life steal anymore cause they want 100% crit !!!

I know Riot sometimes listen to my idea's ... Maybe this time they will too :D

But you know what could be just fun too, just make a rotating game mode where you can play old version of champs with old items and all.. on the OLD MAP ?!? Like since its an always evolving game it could be cool to have the chance to play a season 1-2-3 style game again. Like Mario odyssey is pretty neat but sometimes I just wanna play a good old Super Mario 3 . But with league unless you make this rotating retro game mode a thing we wont ever be able to play old sion again...or old soraka.. etc...

RIOT hates it when supports are actually having impact on games, so good luck getting them to change one back to an option for mage...

To be honest she has more of a chance at being a mage with the change. Her Q did not do any damage really, and she had to be in a short range (roughly auto range if not closer). Now it is a skill shot that heals her based on AP, does damage, still has a short cooldown, and can be used with some relative safety.

if you think old Soraka Q had no damage its cause you never got a penta with her ! ... The Q would shred mr, heals you for a whole bunch ( yes there's was 20+20+12 buyable spell vamp back then, plus runes 6% plus masteries depending on the season, you could get up to 70% spell vamp ) perma slow them with rilay's and better it was a garanted hit ! My build use to be WOTA (will of the ancient) Rilay's , Liandries then gunblade and another Revolver ( it had 10% spellvamp ). If i didn't had stomp the game yet i'D buy a rabadon or spirit visage accordingly. no need to buy Void as you already shred their mr.

In anycase my idea for a retro rotating game mode sounds fun !!! I hope they do it !!! I asked them to bring back Exectuionner calling and they did, asked them to be able to smite champs and they did, asked them a whole lot of other stuff and they did. So i just hope they make us able to play some of the oldies we use to love.

I don't think so, they are the one that pushed Brand into a support role in a DarkHorse post in the client a few season ago, have you ever seen a Brand support Damage in end game ? it's almost always the highest !

Those were horrible days! She literally spammed Q as soon as you got near her and you had to bail out quicky since the damagre ramped up to ridicolous amount of damage.

Unless it costs around 80 mana to use a single Q at lvl 1 I don't want to see that crap every again.

I want the old Q back too... BUT, not the one you're thinking of...

I want the old "Increased damage hot-spot" mechanic on her Q back, THAT was at least some form of skill expression... And then they just had to go and ruin it...

Soraka's Q is..literally spammable. Unlike Kai'Sa's Q, it was on like a 2 second cooldown, and there's no drawback on whether you "missed" it or not. Soraka's Q damage is the same on all units while Kai'Sa's Q is shared. What's worse is you're rewarded on reducing MR just by spamming the Q key. It's not healthy at all.

I was thinking of soraka's old Q the other day and I was like... Awww.. With that could comeback some how.
