All these champions with "QOL" stack bars, and Cait doesn't have one.

Corki has one for package, Annie has one for stun, Jhin has one for fourth shot, pretty sure even Ryze has one for his spell flux stack thingies. So where's Caitlyn's for headshot? Or is that just not a big enough impacting QOL change? I say this after a ranked game where I was playing support, an ardent support of course, and Caitlyn's headshot nearly half shot me after she got a BF. Would've been nice to know to avoid walking up to her because her headshot was coming up.

umm you can see what her stacks are if you click on her. She also has a indicator when her hand/gun starts to glow.

In caits case she has enough AS in most cases that it'd be constantly be filling up, and would basically be blinking if she's standing in a bush with a couple AS items, unlike annie and jhin who are slower build ups. Visual noise is something they try to avoid where possible (watching late game teamfights can be a nightmare even for vets with all the effects going on, to say nothing of less experienced players), so the trade off needs to be worth it.

People are somewhat less likely to be playing around caits headshot proc, since it's not that big a deal compared to jhins 4th shot where it's a slow build up and then a window to punish him, or annie suddenly being able to stun you. If you can avoid it when it's a little rarer during laning phase than sure that's nice, but I don't think its really necessary compared to how unimportant that info is later on.

Honestly I wouldn't say it's necessary. While laning, it's very easy to see when her headshot is up. Her gun glows, very visibly. Even in teamfight scenarios, just glancing at her for an instant is enough to tell. A caitlyn is never in the middle of the fight. Always at range, so it's not like overlapping champs is a problem either. Obviously it's more convenient to have the bar, but not at all necessary.

Ryze's rune counter is only visible to him by the way, not enemies or allies.
