It's kinda just a grammar thing, but on the Twisted Treeline, the last buff says "1% of you maximum health"

To be honest, I was taking screenshots for a League guides website I was making, and I was taking a screenshot of the altars for my "objectives" info. The buffs info came up and I went "why not, I'll take a screenshot of this too so I can remember the buffs", and I noticed it. It was kinda pure luck. :p

probably wouldn't care, and my main point was i'd seen it before but it didn't impact the gameplay so it wasnt that big of an issue and if we wanna be specific it should also say "restores"

That's not the point. When I was reading it, it made me look twice like "what the hell". It's for the sake of understanding, and for being able to look down, read it, and understand without spending 5 seconds trying to figure out what they meant. Granted, this one was small, but that 5 seconds it took for me to do a double take, if this wasn't a custom game I may have gotten killed.
