The year of giving up
I humbly submit my opinion on Riot, their mistakes, and how it's all our fault.
It's no secret, people are pissed about the removal of Twisted Treeline. It has been in a terrible state for years now, and it's been even worse this year.
But it's not like Riot has money to sponsor other maps, they are a struggling and failing company. So can we forgive them a little?
Don't bully them, they have to make Tencent some cash before they stop investing and everything goes downhill from here.
So instead of mocking Riot for never investing any resources/time/money/caring into the mode, let's just forgive them.
Is that not the kind thing to do?
How can one expect to manage two kinds of maps? It's not like we have special event maps that last about a week and then are forgotten like a cheap mcdonalds 1.40 cheeseburger.
Clearly they had to spend time for giant game-mode advertisements for Project Skins, and game modes people didn't ask for. Clearly taking any of that money and investing in Twisted Treeline would have been a mistake.
Because if they invested money/time/resources, then people would play it more, and then if people played it more, they would see an increase in numbers, making it a viable game mode, and for some reason, Riot thinks us having choice is a bad thing, and we need to respect their choices.
Just like with the casual sexism of men, we just need to accept this and support Riot. If we don't support them with our wallets, how will we get more stuff that we don't want?
I mean who doesn't want another ripped Sylas that caters to women (and those who like that Sylas bod)
I mean who doesn't want less choices in maps?
I mean who doesn't want to be drowned out by Riot's not caring?
This is 2019. This is the year of the cuck.
Let Riot take our money, then do whatever they want with it. It's only fair.
If we don't let Riot get away with everything, without accountability, who is the real monster?
It's us. Were the monsters.
So one last time I will beseech you LoL Players. Riot cannot do anything wrong, and us complaining is ruining Riot's perception of itself being perfect.
Clearly were the ones that need to apologize.
I hope you enjoyed my opinion on the situation thus far.
