Malphite's "Unstoppable Force" speed scale off movement speed? Doesn't say on website or in-game...

It doesn't specify anywhere on the League website for Malphite but my friend says it does. It says it on the Wiki but if it doesn't say it on Riot's website then is it true??? Why would they leave something important like that out of the ability information in-game and on their site if it is? Has anyone tested this?
