malzahars passive is better than kayles ulti

it prob has more uptime than a kayle ulti by the time its off cd. with cc immunity and damage immunity.. and unlike a banshees veil it blocks ALLLL incoming damage and cc for MORE than one hit. its like 3 seconds of invulnerability every 10seconds.
