Why wasn't Yorick included in the Juggernaught update?

The theme was immobile, powerful, slug fest champions, wasn't it? Yorick would have been great for that. He's already immobile, his current passive and playstyle is more or less, "Walk people down and be unkillable with ult+passive damage reduction" and they wanted to rework him to be more satisfying. It just makes sense~ That, and he could have taken Skarner's spot. Save the poor scorpion yet ANOTHER rework lol.

Probably because Yorick needs a full on overhaul, just like Sion's rework.

Because he's getting a complete overhaul, Sion/Karma-style. Riot has stated it themselves.

Yorick's rework is planned to be much larger in scale than the juggernaut ones.

He's getting a Sion level gameplay and visual update, in the same boat as Poppy

He's been mentioned MULTIPLE times in the past by Riot that they plan on completely reworked him in the future, and multiple idea-kits have been released by Riot.

I thought the more changes could e went to yorick. They both have the ghost ult and yorick is in dire need of a rework. He's just an obnoxious character
