He got nerfed enough 5.18. Even his winrate went down to 51%. Compare it with Ahri's 54% and Lux's 55%. You've said his banrate 5.18 doesnt make sence anymore. At least can we get some compensatory buffs? 90% => 40% E slow really hurts.

Bro go look how Darius has a 58% win rate for games under 25 minutes. While 
has a 31% winrate for games under 25 minutes. Darius literately wins twice as much games as Azir as long as the game doesn't go past half an hour and you want Darius buffs? Pls if anything he should be nerfed more because 60% is still insanely high.
