Kat in the patch notes
no one is talking about this :O
.15 AP ratio taken from her shunpo... will that reduce all her initial burst THAT much? O.o I guess hextech nerf also affects her a bit but... come on

That nerf was implemented so she can't cheese at early levels anymore.
The funny part was it was ad not ap, and its to stop her using here ad scaling on e to lvl 3 all in
that's odd, considering she has like what? 80 AD at lvl 3? .15 AD ratio less is like 12 damage? this skill should scale off of bonus ad only either way :S
Shes an assassin shes supposed to have high burst and with the delays on her daggers falling it can usually be avoided. except when she snowballs out of control after hitting lvl 3 so that by the time shes lv 6 e+aa+ w is chunking you for most of ur hp because you're still lv 4 because she just killed you everytime you got back to lane
I agree, to a certain degree at least, that as an assassin she should have high damage, she also happens to be a mage sort of and that makes it way easier for her to scale since AP itemization is cheaper and packs a ton more stats than AD itemization.
She does snowball way too easy though, imagine a teamfight where everyone is low hp, Kat can simply stay away during the whole fight and then clean up and rack 5 kills in a matter of seconds without much effort thanks to the healing on kill mastery and the fact that she has a lot of AoE damage for an assassin.
Even then I still think Kat is pretty balanced with one little exception on her kit and I'm writing it in here because you seem to know your way with kat and her kit:
when you throw Q onto anyone (Q has crazy high damage too btw, specially with luden's) a dagger pops up and falls to the ground, if you shunpo in inmediately after Q hits the target, her dagger won't even need to fall in the ground for her to proc her passive. I've seen this many many times or maybe it was the fact that I exploded before the dagger hit the ground, either way her damage doesn't seem to be as telegraphed as it should, imo.
