Do Something about the bot lane

So I'm not the highest elo, Im a silver pleb, but 50% of all players are in silver so 50% of people can relate. Bot lane is an insanely punishing lane right now. If a bot lane loses, the chances of you losing the game are high because 2/5ths of your team are irrelevant to the game. I think that there should be a solution to making ADC's and supports less squishy, I know the idea is to make the 1 shotable but maybe increase their scaling health early game. Considering the new tower changes laning phase lasts a lot longer now, so I think maybe increasing the health scaling on ADC's and ranged supports could make a huge difference.
