Balance...

After seeing note son soraka changes where theyre nerfing the early game heal and moving her W passive (self hehalto her W) this will completelygut her sona wouldprobably be a lot better pick but i became really annoyed where champions like yasuo need addressing arent getting touched. Yasuo atm seems to be a played as an assasin who has early snowball potential but then hes alsoa strong late game champion where he can just E Q and auto a few and then kill combined with amazing utility to comepletly win a team fight. So i thought id suggest an idea. move the double crit passive over to is ult where after he ults he gets the double crit chance for 10 seconds or so. this way he has his earlysnowballing as usual but then he doesnt get so strong late game where he just E Q AUtoes people and has to relyon his ult a bit more.
