New Champ Select - Dodgers

Hi, so just a thought that when you sit in a champ select for 4 min or 5 min setting up and had already waited 2 or 3 min to get a game and then someone dodges wasting peoples time it would be nice if somehow riot could fix this whole rinse and repeat.

I have literally been 10 minutes in queues and 10 minutes in champ selects to have dodgers take up my time, with no actual play.

Why not use those who select fill to be able to replace the dodgers, keep the room with the players who did not dodge and find a fill. Stop wasting all of the actual players time by starting over, and over and over....

Could Riot not use something similar to the old team builder where those seeking games could choose which game to join based on the fill that the game is seeking. It would save allot of time for everyone else having to start over, and over, and over, and over... now at 20 min and 3 queues and 3 dodgers later, no game time.
