Champions that need buffs! Even if the lower elo afraid of them...

-Malp got nerfed very hard mostly because of the broken masteries and the new pot after those this got nerfed malp left in bad possition and he is the only champion that can actually do something against the whole full Armor penetration ADCs that we have now and when you see malp not be able to do something then you know he need some love! -He need love 2 seasons now and riot still refuse to buff him... -He got nerfed hard because of the old devourer...and he still remain nerfed when this item got deleted and rageblade become a ghost of it self xin need some buffs -Same issue as xin and now she cant even do something good I dont even know why riot allow nunu to be in such a bad spot...i mean he got nerfed 2 seasons ago and he still remain nerfed for no reason...
