Thunder Paws

Initial Damage: 4 nearest targets >> ALL units within 500 units.

(NEW) Ursine Taser: Any unit damaged by Thunder Paws is stunned for 0.1 seconds.

(NEW) Charge: Any unit who has been damaged by Thunder Paws once will be marked. Marked enemies are guarunteed to be hit by the lightning strikes if they are within 500 range of Volibear or his target when he swings. This mark falls off after 5 seconds of not being damaged by Thunder Paws.

Lol the mark does the exact same thing as the initial damage hits all units anyway?

Well, that's completely false.

On live, the initial damage does not hit all units. It hits four.
On live, targets who have been damaged by lightning bounces before are not guaranteed to be struck by further strikes (nor are they prioritized in any way).
On live, this ability has no crowd control.

There is no difference, therefore no point for the mark. What's the point in being guaranteed to be hit when it damages all units anyway? Congratulations, you're an idiot.

The lightning ON ATTACKS does not strike in an area. That is UNCHANGED

The INITIAL LIGHTNING strikes in an area.

You know, the damage instance that occurs once on cast and is not linked to any attacks?
