From reading its description... I can't help but to think that Annie's ult-Tibber-stun is going to be broken beyond belief. Not only does her ult do AoE damages, this item also does AoE-damages, and applies all on-hits, basically, that bitch gonna be able to 1v5 whole entire teams by herself now (not that she couldn't already but it seriously gives me the feeling that Luden's Echo is just going to make Annie become an absolutely absurd perma-ban).

Luden's Echo > Deathfire Grasp
If something was not a particular problem under the old system, it should not be under the new system unless someone who did not already have AOE has access to massive amounts of AP somehow. Since Annie is not really going to get over 8XX.... not that concerned.
