Support Item Changes Were Almost Entirely Horrible

Due to the new item changes where after 1k gold earned through the item's passive, it shuts off all gold gen, passive and active, it has caused supports to be at even more behind in gold than anyone else in the game, now going from about 2k behind the lowest to seeing a 11k gold earned as support and 20k lowest earned gold by a non support in longer games. This is also going to worsen the problem with supports where people don't actually take champions who are supports as support. If all your abilities are damage, that's not supporting. Zyra is not a support, Brand is not a support, Fiddle is not a support but all these changes only incentivise them to go as support because they get a big stash of free stats and get to ruin someone's day instead of actually having a battle of skills or just trying to win by pick in champ select. I do not want to see more Swains, Vel'koz, Veigers. and Xeraths in the bot lane. In fact I want them removed from supporting so I can actually play the supports I like to play. Instead I'm gonna be stuck as soraka with Frost Queen and almost an Ardent 30 minutes in and at level 15 while my teamates are all 18 with full build and I can't level up since I get one shotted since I have no items. I remember before you talked about the reason why games are shorting is because people are "getting better", no it's not. It's because every change that comes out just incentivises large damage play. It's no longer a rock, paper, scissors kind of game, where you gotta know their objective and how to stop it and what items are good for that, it's all about being able to min-max the fuck out of a champion until they can one shot anything.
