How do you win in this game?

I truly just dont know how to anymore. Ive started in season 2, adjusted to each new season change but this year, I am just totally lost. I get owned with matchups that dont make sense. I try to do what certain champs are made to do and it seems completely wrong, I am just so confused on what to do. Is it time to call it quits? I dont understand the meta anymore, I dont understand how take control of the game.....I am just baffled to what this game has become. Trying to learn Calculus 3 in french would probably be easier than trying to relearn this fiesta of a game. Any thoughts? Tips? Suggestions?
