Riot Should Give Levdl30 RP Mission?

Riot used to give us 400 RP (not enough for anything). Now they don't. Before Riot defenders come in with excuses, read this out.

The first purchase is obviously the most important. A player is more likely to make a repeat purchase once he normalizes his first purchase. But 400 RP was not enough for any purchase. So players never really ever got that "hook" into purchasing. We don't want people to create a bunch of alts to abuse this. But I think giving enough RP for 1.1-1.8 skins would encourage players to spend RP and make potential future purchases. Obviously having just enough for another purchase might encourage more spending, but also having just a little bit might encourage more spending. You could give them a mission, then give them access to a one time Riot discount store (like for events) with discounted skins. So the amount of RP wouldn't be high and it would offer skins on most played champs.
