The new magic resist items

Right now, I'm not a fan of what they've done with the magic resist items. In my opinion, it would be better if they added they negatrons cloak back into the game, and made the null magic mantle build into it. Then they could reduce the price back down to 400, and now we have a viable magic resist first item. This, imo, would make ranged AP top's weaker as well, possibly fixing the problem with top lane as well.
