Lag in champ select bug

If you lag out in champ select and then return when its your turn to pick you can't select a champ. This just happened to me and I lost LP for it -.-

THIS KEEPS HAPPENING TO ME! IM FREAKING LOSING LP FOR NOTHING!!! I CANT JOIN ANY DRAFT MATCHES CUZ IM "FAILING TO SELECT A CHAMPION"
