All champs and skins in practice mode

Wouldn't it be nice if we could use any champion and skin in practice mode even those we don't own. It would mean that we can try out new champs before we buy, and decide what to spend our hard earned IP on, as well as this, it will allow us to test skins before we buy, without having to rely on 3rd parties like skinspotlights.

I don't see what riot have to lose from this, practice is solo only, so to play any multiplayer games you need the champ/skin, it just allows us to test before we buy.
