Let's talk about LeBlanc

I mean, really riot, nerfing her W from 225 (+60%) to 100(+20%) at level 5 is just ridiculous.

It does make a better point tho, that the LeBlanc rework failed, they reworked her in a way that made it impossible to balance. The delay on her burst is crippling late, so she has to be compensated with obnoxious damage numbers, there is of course a solution, allow the passive delay to decrease at 2xCDR or smth, which is not my idea, but I think it would be a good step.

The trouble is, she has gone from this smooth, single target, fun and fluid assassin, to this clunky waveclear mage, her combo is no longer fluid, and the waveclear gives so much power, that is not what lb is for, if u want waveclear, pick ryze, lb should be able to quickly assassinate people in a fast and fluid combo. I mean, I get she was horrible to play against before, but, well she's even worse now with her current state, and post 7.5 she'll be nerfed to the ground until they can figure out how to fix her.

I mean, I know I, and probably almost every other LeBlanc main would like riot to revert her rework, but that's unlikely, so I guess we're stuck with this clunky kit until they realise, and rework her again.
