we didn't "get back in the game"
we controlled the game entirely after the oppressive Soraka lane had ended.
i'm saying the only reason they ever won in the first place was because of Soraka. If they were so prone to misplaying, how did they crush lane so hard? Soraka.
The way i see it, we were always the better players, but were unlucky to play against the broken Lane of soraka.
And, I agree, that shouldn't happen very often. But it just shows how garbage Soraka is outside of lane. She's really imbalanced. Everyone here can down vote this all you want, and I expect nothing less because Soraka is actually quite easy to play given her power. However, you will see, she will be nerfed or have her power redistributed.
We are on the same side, kinda. Post lane phase is where we disagree, I believe raka to be much more broken late game than early. She is weakest in lane (and oppressive and broken as hell).
If a game gets to 30 mins vs Soraka you should lose 75% of the time unless you have a fed Rengar or Shaco that can get to her or you consistently catch out her team or her.
= 40% CDR - 275 AP - tons of utility and a broken passive.
The fact is she can sit outside of anyones range and heal non stop while never leaving full health due to the warmogs passive. The amount of healing she does in this scenario is the most broken thing in this game. You just can not team fight a late game soraka, there is no dive strong enough to get to a good soraka, consistently.
She has all the tools to succeed late game and your tools to deal with her are weaker. If you ever get to her she is dead, no doubt. Good rakas are nigh untouchable, there is a reason she is banned frequently in master / challenger play.
