@Riot MMR matters in ALL game modes

It isn't fun when plats and bronzies play together in ranked for reasons that are obvious to Riot, yet for some reason this shit happens all the damn time in rotating game mode games. I get that for queue time reasons the mmr strictness gotta be loosened some, but when it's too loose you just waste everyone's time with horrible games. And yeah, special modes are a bit more relaxed, no one is a pro at them, ect. But there still needs to be limits.
