I believe that the game was created so that the ADC's of the team could go and 1v5 the enemy if they were fed. That's why you see all of the ADC montages, because they're the stars of the show. At the current place they're at however, they aren't able to do that anymore. Melee champions do too much damage to them and they can't do anything about it. That's just my thoughts on it.
