Champion Skill rating is broken

Clearly Kindred isn't that difficult shes only a difficulty rating of 6. 0_0 ... WHAT!

Are you kidding? Shes the only champion in the game that can save the other team...well i mean bard can too but STILL you have to time her ult and out play your enemy within the ult. o_o On top of that you only scale with stacks. and easily countered by other jgers cause they know where shes going to be? She requires INCREDIBLE mind play by just placing a stack on an enemy and they know exactly where youre going to gank(if kindred is knew she will always gank the stack targets if not she will gank another lane) Its mind play with her. -_- Shes like the only one that requires mind tricks to scale. :O shes not as easy as it seems.
