In my opinion Olaf is an incredibly under powered champion for the majority of players

The only time I've heard of him having a 50% or higher win rate was when he was used by Korean players in diamond+.

Everywhere else, especially here in NA, it seems he's floating around 44-47% win rate. What's the deal? I can't remember the last time I lost against an Olaf on the enemy team.
