So, I've been wondering, after the new jungle changes, WW is incredibly strong?

What's everyone else's opinion on this?

He's extremely strong. I wouldn't say op, but strong.

I think his targetted supression that does 90% of your health in damage if you're a carry is a little bit too much, not to mention that even if you do manage to live through it, he can chase you down with his 550 movement speed passive. From my most recent games it's pretty simple that if a team has Warwick, they'll win 75% of the time. And if they don't win, their Warwick still has an insane score. I'm talking about 15/3/19 or something insane like that.

Also, the fact that many mid-lane carries are AP also screws them over. There is no AP QSS item available. Which means that most mid laners being harrassed by a Warwick needs to spend 1550 gold on an item that is pretty much useless and takes up an item slot.

Personally what I think they should do (though not everyone may agree):

  • Make his ult a skillshot. Keep the damage, keep the supression. But making his ult a skillshot means his positioning is now more important if he's going to target the carries.

  • Nerf his movement speed passive. That thing is ridiculous.

Everything else, I think would be fine with those changes. It's not like he would do poorly with those, but at least it requires a bit more skill than just R to win.

Live Warwick is broken. Obnoxious value from Skirmisher's Devourer.

Warwick himself doesn't necessarily need nerfs, just his interaction with that item. He does get a lot better now that infinite sustain is a rare commodity in a jungler.

Perhaps. But honestly I just think his whole kit is unhealthy in general for the reasons I pointed above. The extra interaction amplifies the issues in his regular kit. Nerfing his interaction will diminish the problem but it'll still be there.
