there is never a situation where you're picking shaco over any other assassin in the game in any role. I went from a 63% wr shaco peak d2 to 25%wr plat 3 shaco in a season, maybe my skill just fell off the face of the earth or maybe this champ needs serious help.

Idk, every Shaco I ever fight appears out of nowhere and one shots my adc, then walks up, crits me (the support) for 70% of my health and spams his emote until his E comes up for the finisher.
In defense of your post though - all the ones on my team can't even manage their second clear...but i'm pretty sure that's more that they're braindead, and less that the champ sucks.
Shaco hasn't been the same since his post-assassin update Hotfix.
Shame I only got to play the guy for 4 games before he was deleted from the game.
