Can we have the option to discard tier 1/2 runes?

Since the rune combiner was removed there is literally nothing you can do about your old trash runes. Sometimes I screw up and put tier 1/2 runes instead of tier 3 when making new pages.

There's just no reason to force us to trash up our pages with inferior runes.
