No. That would be busted AF lol. She'd blow all cds, then RR and everything (not just the next empowered spell) would be available.

She a has bug; bug is getting fixed; she will be enabled once said bug has been fixed. Not rocket science.

--Out of a 133 currently released champions, only his AP Janna can even hope to come close to having the same in-game map pressure and 1v1 kill potential that he could exhibit with his LeBlanc. Damn you, Roit.
