They used to be . Now they maybe ain't but watch if item change and they will re-appear.
Slythrin Umbreon2 votesNo, Riot changed their kits to cut off those builds. Ekko had power shifted out of his base damages, so he couldn't build tank and do damage, and Tank Fizz only happened because they changed his W effect to make it a powerful on-hit and they reverted it.

These two actually have nice win rates, but when you take into account the minuscule pick rates, it's nothing impressive. Also, they don't build tank. And they're not mages.
Maybe you should work on that 3.3/6.4/7.6 average KDA before making such threads.
