We are in the end of Season 5 and Point&Click Crowd Control still exists.

Do you honestly think Point&Click Crowd Control is necessary to catch Yasuos?

Especially when it HEAVILY Cripples Low mobility champions way more than Hyper mobile ones?

Here's an Example, both Kalista and Vel'koz have a Depth Charge coming straight at them.

Who do you honestly think is more likely to die?

The one who will try to set up a knock up before being gangbanged or the one who will just keep jumping away regardless?

Depth Charge isn't even the worst offender as it at least has a delay.

But Rune Prison and Pyromania/Disintegrate type of mechanics are just stupidly designed.

Kalista needs something to jump off of, so bad example. Try corki or tristana and their gigantic leaps on long CDs. Even if you depth charge them, they'll just create so much distance that you have no chance of killing them. You get them out of the fight for a while, but they can just come back in afterward.

Kalista is specifically the kind of champ that gets wrecked hardest by depth charge - one with short-ranged, consistent mobility. She can dodge all kinds of skillshots with her passive, but she isn't dodging a targeted ability.

Yeah. A cliff.

I have Vel'Koz as my third main.

I can confirm that 80% of my Vel games have been against Yasuo.

I can also confirm that said Yasuo either spams dashes until level 2 and gives first blood, then loses the game because he's shit... Or that he spams his Q and pokes like a normal person, then still gives first blood and loses the game. Because he's shit.

Yasuo may "counter" Vel'Koz, but Vel'Koz isn't countered by Yasuo.

But seriously, point-click CC is just bad design tbh. Annie Taric Vi Udyr
