Secondary rune tree missed something so simple
I find it such a shame that the inspiration tree is the only one that adds different bonuses depending on the tree picked.

Imagine if ranged supports could opt into Sorcery/Resolve to get some tank stats to help along trades. As it stands, a losing trade almost means you lose lane for most supports. Mana Regen would be a great option for some tank support too, probably by going Resolve/Sorcery,

Rather than give random junglers attack speed buff, why not make them choose a secondary tree that supports their champs playstyle? They could start with offensive stats, defensive stats or a mix of both.

Why are tanks forced to start with no bonus stats at all? I'm sure a lot of them would love to go Resolve/Sorcery or Domination and get some offensive stats to go along.
I can imagine that the argument against such a mechanic would be that you're supposed to pick on playstyle, not on stats, but from my experience, that's not the current feel I get from the system. I'm still not picking on playstyle, I'm picking on what is objectively the best.
