I think Recurve Bow should be replaced by something else.
I mean, as far as Stat Efficiency goes........it's good. Not great. But it functions. It costs gold, and it gives what you paid for.
But the one and only thing it provides is AS. No AD, no AP, that makes sense, so it can be used by both AP and AD champions. It doesn't provide and tanky stats either. All it provides is a stat you don't really need all that badly until later on in the game.
More importantly, maybe it'll make the items it builds into more attractive options!

bow stay? Or should it either get a remake or replaced by something else? Like replace it with 
in items that normally requires it perhaps?
I certainly wouldn't mind a that provides something more than just AS on top of it's Passive effect.
