I need a really good base Cassiopeia build to follow. Or some assistance in my build please.

I normally go Dorans, Tear, (maybe another dorans if I have 1100~ish at the time) blasting wand & then complete that item with tear (sorry forgot name) so it basically looks like

Dorans --> Tear --> Dorans --> Blast Wand /Complete tear item --> base boots -->Rylais --> upgrade boots --> rabadons --> liandrys --> void

Uh if I could suggest, get dorans then a tear, afterwards rush magic pen by getting sorcs mask and boots. After those then maybe start building a hourglass, at this point in time utility is higher favor than raw AP. Keep good cs and a nice attitude and you should be ok!

item 3040 item 3027 item 3089 item 3157 item 3135 item 3020

swap item 3027 for item 3116 if you need kiting power.

Thanks, I thought RoA would be good but I wasn't sure if Rylai's might be the better option

item 3027 is not that good, too slow and you definitely do not need it if you already have a item 3040 .

Don't build RoA, build tear... if you build both you will delay your powerspike.

I usually like to go for the dorans and two biscuits in the beggining, I get my tear, boots, pots and some wards in the first back. Then if I'm doing well on CS or kills, I like to rush a item 3285 , it's extremely good early item for cassio.

Anyway, my final build usually look like this: item 3003 item 3258 item 3089 item 3135 item 3285 item 3116 .

If the enemy teams has a lot of ap go for item 3001 , if they have a Zed or Rengar, or any ad assasin go item 3157 if you are really focused down.

As long as you DO NOT build item 3027 or item 3285 , you should be fine.

Usually they are not worth it, especially Luden's... that's quite trash on Cassio.

This is fine, but you don't always need Liandry's. Only if they have tanky champions who are stacking MRes and Health. You don't always need to rush item 3003 though, you can upgrade it as 2nd... depending if you are facing AP mid champ and if the enemy has another AP champ, you could rush item 3001 instead ... until the rework comes.
