Strength of the Ages Addition
Do you guys think that Strength of the Ages should give 20 stacks for a champion kill and 10 stacks for an assist (but not proc after hitting 300)?

yes, it would reduce the Devourer problem of afk jungle farm. It is not as big as that but you should he rewarded for a gank with that mastery. However there is the problem of snowballing some more in that case. Maybe 10 for kill and 5 for assist instead to reduce that.
