cant mid/adc/ and barely top, why is this champ so weak? where do i even begin explaining that this champ has no CC, roaming is risky, cant duel and it's so hard in mid because her E makes her vulnerable, if you E they can still damage you in flight, that's pretty bad

Erockandroll1 votesI don't think she's Overtly powerful. But her roaming gives her a strong ability to create uneven fights. (if you have that ability, your probably shouldn't also have good dueling.)
Mid lane is probably the best bet. Especially with Access to blue buff. The mana Regen should allow you to use your Ult more Frequently.
Håppy1 votesI've played one game as Quinn and I'm going for another. Take her top, and make all the yasuo/tryndameres cry as they try to lane and even engage, since you can just backflip off their shit the moment they dash in to you.
