are the beginner champs or "easy champs" op?
ashe, garen, darius, annie.. i could name more but the ones you see that are always in everygame. or are picked all the time.. is it cause easy champs are op?

Very easy -> a lot less room to screw up -> reach 100% potential power waaaaay easier and more reliable than other champs.
And that's kinda unfair.
Yes nearly all the 450 IP champs are very strong, except for maybe Poppy and Nunu. But yes Annie, Ryze, Kayle, Amumu, Ashe...All too strong for my liking
the word op gets thrown around alot, so Imma say those champions are farely easy to different extents, however they are all pretty strong atm.
also, where is garen picked right now? normals? because he has a pickrate of 3%.

They generally trade away versatility for reliability.
there isn't a such thing as beginner champs There are more simplistic champs and no they aren't OP. They are easier in a vacuum but simple things are only simple in simple situations.
Azir is one of the hardest champs to play but he's no harder than any champ you've mentioned when my opponent is only capable of doing one thing
