We need a crit + ad item that has 30% crit chance and isn't expensive

My dream for one is:

Recipe: BF Sword(1300G) + Cloak of agility(800G) + 500 G = 2600G total

Stats: 50AD 30% Crit

Passive: Each time you crit, you gain 6% movement speed for 2 seconds

So give something that has the same amount of crit as a zeal item (which has that much crit because there is little to no AD), while simultaneously giving a large amount of AD with more crit then the two premier AD crit items? And you want it to be inexpensive?

How did this thought process occur?

The other 2 items has really powerful passive that makes it that much.

I mean the AD can be lowered to 40 AD idc.
